Once you've paid your non-refundable deposit, you can adjust your order up to 12 days before your event, subject to availability. You can increase quantities or reduce them by up to 25% per item, but items cannot be removed entirelyafter payment.

All rentals are based on 24-hour time slots. We typically arrange for pick-up or delivery the day before your event, with returns scheduled the day after your event.

Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to your event are eligible for a 70% refund. Cancellations within 20 days before the event will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

You are responsible for all rented items from the time they are picked up or delivered until they are returned. Any damaged, lost, or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.

Damage deposits will be refunded in the same method of payment (e.g., if paid by credit card, the refund will be processed back to the card). Credit card refunds may take 7-15 business days to process.
